Shipping Information
Normal time to ship an order is 1-5 business days with additional delivery times of 1-5 days via UPS or Fed Ex. If the size of the order requires shipping via common carrier actual time after pick up from our warehouse could be 5-10 days to a commercial delivery address. Residential delivery may add additional delivery time.
Rarely does shipping damage occur; however, the satisfactory resolution is dependent upon your actions at time of delivery. The shipper, when delivering, will ask for a signature that all was received in good order.
You MUST inspect the items you are signing for BEFORE you sign for the goods. If you see any damage to the box or anything that would indicate hidden damage, it MUST be noted on the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged, we suggest you refuse the shipment.
If you fail to note the possibility of damage on the delivery receipt, you will find it VERY difficult to obtain any relief from the shipping company, should you have damage that was not noted on the receipt. If you have ANY concerns about damage, I strongly encourage you to call the shipper's local terminal and speak to the manager about your concerns before the driver leaves.
Ragasco USA, Inc. is not responsible for shipping damage. The shipping company is responsible for shipping damage. If you sign for a delivery that is damaged, you accept all responsibility for the shipment and any damage that may have occurred during the shipping of your goods.

All orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for freight costs, i.e for the original shipment and the return.
Return Policy
In products where shipping cost is included in the cost of the product, this cost will be extracted from the published product price and charged back to the customer as part of the refund. Ragasco USA , Inc. will accept product returns under the following terms:

A Return Authorization number (RA) will be assigned the item to be returned.
The RA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of each carton.
Any returned items that are received without a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the carton will NOT be accepted by our receiving department.
The shipping costs for the returned merchandise will be at customer's expense.
The returned item must be in the original carton.
The item returned MUST be in saleable condition.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the handling of the product returned.
Credits will be issued by Ragasco USA , Inc. after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Credits will be issued for product only.
The item must be returned prepaid to the address provided on the Return Authorization.
